We have executed transactions approx. of EUR 1 billion together with blue-chip investment partners:



Vallila Campus: On behalf of a Finnish-South Korean consortium we manage a sizable office property, located in Vallila, Helsinki, having a total leasable area of 74.150 square meters and accommodating approximately 6.000 people. The tenants are OP Cooperative and Senate Properties (Finnish Tax Administration). The value of the deal was EUR 480 million, making it the largest ever single-asset office transaction in the Finnish real estate market.



Oulu retail: We manage a well-performing and well-known shopping center in Oulu, Finland, acquired by Avant Capital Partners together with a Swedish PE firm. The asset has approx. 30.000sqm gross area. Majority of the leases have been re-geared and the operational efficiency has been improved.



Residential: Avant Asset Management managed a residential portfolio of 3.200+ apartments across 106 assets in Finnish growth cities acquired through multiple acquisitions – both market and off-market - together by Avant Capital Partners and a US based investor. We applied various measures to improve operational performance and hired a strong in-house team in the platform. The platform was successfully divested after on average 18 months hold period.



Helsinki office: Avant Asset Management managed a 15 asset office portfolio mainly in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with approx. 124.000 sqm lettable area in a JV with Avant Capital Partners, a UK based investment management firm and a Finnish pension company. Post-acquisition we executed number of major lettings, early divestments and improved the income and overall portfolio performance substantially. The portfolio was successfully divested after 18 months hold period.

Social Responsibility

Since the founding of the company, Avant Asset Management has supported the children's and young people's telephone and internet counselling activities of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare (MLL), as well as UNICEF Finland for their continuous efforts in giving a fair chance in life to every child, everywhere, especially the most disadvantaged.

AVANT AND AIP ACQUIRE EUR 480M OFFICE IN HELSINKI WITH A SOUTH KOREAN-FINNISH CONSORTIUM

Avant Asset Management (Avant), together with AIP Asset Management (AIP), have lead a consortium which includes Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, NH Investment & Securities (NHIS) and Shinhan Investment Corp., to acquire OP Cooperative’s headquarters in Helsinki in a EUR 480 million sale and leaseback transaction.
